    What can I raise money for?
    You can raise money for any project listed on the HasanaH platform.
    Where does the money I raise go?
    All donations collected through your fundraiser will go directly to the project and registered charity you are fundraising for.
    Can my campaign benefit from the collected funds if it doesn’t meet the target?
    Yes. Targets are not mandatory. You have the option to set a target because fundraising pages that include targets tend to raise more donations than those without. But even if you don’t hit your target, your campaign beneficiaries will still receive the amounts raised.
    How long can my page run for?
    Your page can run for an unlimited time until the project is discontinued on the platform.
    What happens if the project I am raising for is discontinued?
    Your fundraiser will be retired, and all funds raised will go to directly to the project.
    How can I see the impact of donations raised on the project?
    You will receive quarterly reports (every 3 months) from the charity on the status of the project and what they were able to achieve so far.
    How do I create a Fundraiser (FR) page?
    It’s simple! just click on the “Get Started” button on this page, Sign-in/Sign-up on the prompt (if not done so already) and fill in all required fields with the details for the fundraiser including the specific project(s) you want to raise money for and your anticipated impact. Once all the required information is filled in, submit your page for approval and a member of our Team will either approve your project or request more details from you if necessary. Fundraisers are to be created in English and once approved, the content will be auto-translated into Arabic (and other languages) when it goes live.
    How do I update my existing Fundraiser (FR) page?
    Once you have logged into HasanaH, click “My Fundraisers” under the user menu (icon on the top right) to view all your Fundraisers. You can click the Edit button to update the content of your fundraiser. Once all the required updates are done, submit your page for approval and a member of our Team will either approve your project or request more details from you if necessary. Please note, once an updated project is re-submitted for approval, the Fundraiser will go offline until the latest version is reviewed and approved by our Team.
    How do I stop my Fundraiser (FR) page?
    Once you have logged into HasanaH, click “My Fundraisers” under the user menu (icon on the top right) to view all your Fundraisers. You can click the Stop button to end your fundraiser.
    What does the approval process entail?
    A member of our team will review your submission and make sure everything is in order before your page is pushed live. It is important to note that while your fundraiser is in review for approval, in editing, or being updated, it will appear offline until submitted for review and approved by the Team.
    How can I promote my FR page?
    You can use the auto-generated link to promote and direct people to your fundraiser page via any of your social channels.
