We want to encourage 20 or more, socially vulnerable DLW participants to choose education, inspiring them to dream and aim higher. Despite corresponding to 53% of Brazilians, the black population still struggles to eliminate inequalities and discrimination. With this, we are seeking to train young black people for the job market in the technological and administrative fields.
