Mission

Maintain a no-kill shelter for unwanted animals until a time that they may be adopted to qualified homes; Provide long-term care for those animals not appropriate for adoption; Provide foster homes for those animals unable to live in a shelter; Provide necessary veterinary care; Improve the temperament of those animals who are ill-tempered by training programs; Aid in the rescue and rehabilitation of abused and abandoned animals; Place rescued and homeless animals into permanent adoptive homes; Prevent cruelties of any form to any and all animals and aid in the prosecution of such cruelties; Provide spay/neuter services to strays and to the pets of low-income individuals in order to reduce over-population and the occurrence of euthanasia of dogs and cats in Azerbaijan; Reduce the number of animals euthanized in the community via rescue; Advocate for animal welfare in the community; and Improve the lives of animals throughout Azerbaijan.

That's in the past now, and nothing but a life of color awaits them in Montreal. In a few short weeks, everything can change for them with this flight.
