Story

Our Sansar are running a children's home for street children in Birgunj, south of Nepal where there are about 150 children living on the streets. We provide shelter, welfare and education and aim to make our homes self sufficient to ensure they endure and help as many children for as long as possible. Thanks to you we now have two buffaloes providing milk for the home, the next step..... chickens, eggs and veges! All of this goes to providing the street children healthy nutritional lifestyles..

Impact

Our Sansar works to provide street children in Nepal with shelter, education and the resources to build a more fulfilling future. We work to provide education, welfare and shelter to the most disadvantaged children in Nepal for whom little or no help is forthcoming. Challenge

Nepal is one of the world's poorest countries. There are over 30,000 children living on the streets with no access to shelter, education, healthcare and no real prospects for the future. More than 50,000 children die every year, with malnutrition as the underlying cause. It's an enormous problem - enough to make you feel totally helpless. But there is something you can do to help.
