Empower Ecuadorian Women to Elevate Communities
Story

We want each woman to stand up and say: watch me live, watch me strive, watch me succeed. Mirame (watch me) is a newly launched initiative focused on enabling Ecuadorian women to reach their full potential. This project will lay the groundwork for a structured & strategic women's empowerment program to discover the next wave of women leaders through hope, empowerment, and education! Join us and give voice to a grassroots movement where women are mobilized to ignite change from within.

Impact

Investment in Mirame will allow us answer the call of our Ecuadorian sisters- women who dream to serve their communities in new ways, but haven't had the support to take them there. We believe empowered women empower other women, & impacting the spirit of one woman has the potential to affect the 10,000 lives they represent. We want to honor the light women have within themselves to bring opportunity & change into their lives and of others. Mirame is ready to be what they need, & more.

Challenge

After working on the ground for 5 years, we have seen countless women with a vision to change the world & the lives of other women, but they have no personal or professional support to make their vision a reality. Women have been marginalized in the local context, making it harder for them to lead community initiatives and serve in leadership positions. Without opportunities for self-development and training, Ecuadorian women are too often left disempowered to elevate their communities.
