MWO aims to empower Muslim women and provide them with the resources they need to create positive change. The organization aims to empower women and their allies to come together and support one another through education, leadership training, and sisterhood building programs. MWO also offers various initiatives, including service projects, entrepreneurship training, gender equity initiatives, hakima training, leadership training, and social justice and advocacy committees.

Impact
