School land purchase
Story
We are raising funds to purchase land for the school project. The school is currently being hosted on church land and also leasing a playground for children. In order for the school to build permanent facilities, it needs to have it's own piece of land. It is also a requirement by the Ministry of education in Kenya that Schools purchase land for both playground and construction of permanent facilities.
Impact
Upon acquisition, the land will be used for facilities construction, playground, crop production and animal rearing for sustainability.
Challenge
The school is currently seeking funds to purchase land since it is being hosted on church premises. The school is has also been leasing land for children playground but the owner has issued it us with a notice to vacate.
