Story

The Women in Power campaign by Intuitive Foundation supports an Accelerator program, a unique opportunity for high-potential women to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in executive roles. Participants will receive mentorship and coaching from experienced leaders, attend classes on leadership and management, and network with other women in leadership positions.

Impact

Our goal is to help women overcome the barriers that often hold them back in their careers and create a more diverse and inclusive leadership pipeline. We believe that by investing in women's leadership development, we can not only create a more equal and just society but also improve the performance of organizations.

Challenge

Women on their path to leadership face barriers such as gender bias, stereotypes, lack of representation and role models, limited access to networks and mentors, work-life balance, and lack of support.
