Youth - Civic Action for Racial and Social Equity
Story
PARTI will create platforms for BIPOC youths to have equality and inclusion in civic, social, and service leadership. Every day we transform the lives of youths who suffer from adversities such as bullying, depression, violent lifestyles, unhealthy relationships, and unstable families. PARTI supports thousands of students of color with a strong and proven youth development program addressing safety, equity, and anti-violence, helping to build conflict-free environments that builds diversity.

Challenge
An Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) report in 2020 states, "Schools are experiencing 'an intensification' of racial and ethnic disputes between students". In October 2020, a 18 year old African American San Jose youth committed suicide because of the mental and socio-emotional impact of Covid-19. As a response, we communicated with the African American youth, the child's mother, with a promise to provide additional covid-19 socio-emotional support to youth.
