It affects the mobility of patients as the disease advances. The situation is more worse in a nation like Ethiopia where there is no organization working on awareness, support, research and development on Parkinson's (PD). This year (April 2019), we are planning to conduct PD walk so as to raise financial assistance for poor PD patients to buy Walker, walking stick, wheelchair.

Parkinson's disease is characterized by nerve degeneration in the brain, with frequent symptoms including tremors, loss of balance, and restlessness. Although the disease cannot be cured, there are various therapeutic alternatives to alleviate symptoms, including exercise and a balanced diet. Most of our Parkinson's disease patients are economically disadvantaged since they are unable to work owing to their condition and health status, and their families are unable to provide their complete need
