Story

Parkinson's disease is characterized by nerve degeneration in the brain, with frequent symptoms including tremors, loss of balance, and restlessness. Although the disease cannot be cured, there are various therapeutic alternatives to alleviate symptoms, including exercise and a balanced diet. Most of our Parkinson's disease patients are economically disadvantaged since they are unable to work owing to their condition and health status, and their families are unable to provide their complete need

Impact

After receiving basic needs assistance, Parkinson's sufferers will be able to eat their meals and begin to eat a more nutritious and healthier diet than they had previously. And their careers will gain extra benefits in food preparation by consulting with a cook and beginning to make PD-friendly meals. As a consequence of improved relationships with their families, they may be encouraged to begin exercising to combat Parkinson's disease.

Challenge

The majority of Parkinson's disease patients are tired of caring for themselves and being mentally influenced by their environment and recurrent trauma. Especially if they remain in bed and want help around the clock. Furthermore, a large proportion of patients are not financially stable. As a result, even if both are required, they pick one above the other (food or medication). As a result, they only take their medication when they have food; otherwise, they do not take it.
